While scrolling down the media I come across some beautiful pictures that I want to share and bring them out of the picture to materialize the captures. I don’t the people in the picture nor the photographer but I am indebted to them for sharing these. And I appeal to them to continue with their effort so that they can make a difference. The literacy rate is directly proportional to the progression and development of a nation. It is the strongest power to do and undo anything.
Countries like Pakistan struggle to provide education to the maximum of their population and that is the major reason for hampering ways of progression. Some children miss schooling because of family restrictions mostly in female cases. Many never desire it because they are unaware of it. Others stay backs because of a lack of opportunities.
However, if not huge but a good number are able to attend school and a percent of them went to colleges and some fortunate entered into university as well. I know the margin is very low but teachers are far less than the students whom they have taught and are still teaching many at different levels. So don’t you think every student is capable of each of a lower grade than his/her own? It is not just about writing and reading but about skills. What about the idea to teach those who lack the opportunity to leaning? Isn’t it so enthralling? The school buildings are free in the evening and can be used to materialize the concept of teaching to a number of children who cannot imagine attending morning school.
It is fine to not have a proper set up of school we as an adult can engage the street children in some open space under the shade of a tall building or a shady tree. We don’t have a budget to buy the learning materials but our being itself is the best material that can deliver a bunch if not tons. This concern is majorly for the street children who are roaming here and there aimlessly. It is your responsibility, it is mine to contribute and to bring enlightenment. I know we might not be able to teach them much but we would be able to motivate a few if not all. Our little effort might change someone’s life. We might inspire a number.
Therefore please stand out to be a teacher to all those misfortune children who cannot avail schooling. Just take out 30 minutes from your 24 hours of the day and make the difference. Teach a word but on daily basis. This is the best strategy to bring change and to serve your nation. Come out today, tomorrow, and every day with the aim to bring change and to contribute positively.
