Let’s take a moment and think for a while that can we as an individual execute our plans without the support and back up? I think we cannot do it at all and if somebody can move individually then I would call him/her the superman. To execute our plans we all have to go through a system whether it is a family system or some other system. The first system everyone greets just after their birth is the family system and from there he/she starts to observe the hierarchy, all the decision-making power, the set-up, the plan execution methods, and the bonding within the family. And it is vivid that if the bonding is weak in a family then the flawless system cannot work nor the best plan can be executed. Hence, to have a family system there should be support and sincerity towards your family members. And even if one family member is out of the line he/she can disturb the whole system.
The same is applicable for all systems and the system cannot be run by an individual. If we observe the natural hierarchies then it is clear that an individual can never survive alone with aims and goals in life. First, a child enters into a family then come out to the community and then to society and society leads him/her to a nation (Aik Qaum) and then become part of all the nations in the world. So if it is the case then why we expect some individuals to change our nation, to do something revolutionary for us, and to do it overnight. There are capabilities in every individual and no one is superman. The capabilities should be used for a better cause and everybody need to contribute to their capacity.
Similarly, our country Pakistan has a well-formed system but the system cannot run on its own. The word ‘system’ is the abstract noun and people are the founders of the system. And one person cannot run a system for a country without the support. The country system is the largest form of a system at the country level and it is build up from the individual chunks.
We need to end this expecting and blaming games if we want to make Pakistan a nation (Aik Qaum). And believe me, we can do it. We just need to promise ourselves to be sincere with our being and with this nation. Just take the step to change yourself then see the results. Be true with yourself and with the nation.
