Kashmir is in Dire Need of a Sincere Look

Kashmir the point of natural beauty is suffering from disputation since 1947.  This disputation is under discussion in the platform of the United Nation Security Council (UNSC) since 1948. UNSC has made a resolution for this major issue yet unable to resolve it. Both Pakistan and India are obliged to follow the rules given by the UN. Pakistan being the sovereign and responsible country follows all the rules and regulations formulated by the UN but on the other hand India the warmonger violate all the laws and is in aims to fully colonized Kashmir. The Indian soldiers have been brutal with Kashmiris and they are violating the laws of human rights without any second thought. Whereas Pakistanis never aim to hurt their Kashmiri brothers and want peace for them. The leadership of Pakistan is highlighting this issue time and again yet there is no positive response.       The innocent people of Kashmir are suffering for many decades just because of Indians and the procrastination in the decision-making process by the UN and some other international forums. Many families are separated and they cannot contact each other. The relatives are living in the same area but they can never reach each out. Youngsters are killed for no reason and their families cannot even ask the reason. Children cannot attend school properly just because they are born in Kashmir. Women cannot stand out for their rights because they are part of the disputed land. Men cannot protect and save their families just because the merciless never let them.

Further, they are deprived of the technological world yet they are not part of the Global village which is gathering the whole world into one place. Moreover, they cannot practice their faith openly which is the level of unjust.

There are many problems and issues in this world but issues are turned out to be resolved. Issues and problems can be the creation of individuals or groups whereas solutions need to be taken collectively. And the resolutions should be on time to avoid such destruction. Every issue can be resolved the best with the help of negotiation and if that is not working then there need to take some other steps. The primary thing should be to resolve the problem and there should be some board to take the responsibility.

However, in the case of the Kashmir issue, nobody is taking the charge to resolve the issue. The whole world is responsible for the Kashmir issue because it is open to everyone and everybody knows the situation in Kashmir still no one is ready to take some proper step towards it. Discussion at the table can never relieve the people of Kashmir. Debates in international forums can never pay back the people of Kashmir what they have lost. Peace talks in papers can never resolve the issue.

The United Nation whose charter mainly talk about peace in the whole world and no doubt has resolved many issues but why failed to do it in Kashmir. Why UN has failed to work out the Kashmir issue? Is Kashmir not part of this earth? Are the Kashmiris are some alien? Why not resolve it today than wait for some miracle to happen?
