Pakistan is on the runway of progression in every field. As recently the US Green Building Council (USGBC) under its Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) has put Pakistan’s Interloop factory as the seven greenest building in the world.
This building is in the city of Kasur near Lahore. It is about 574,229 square feet long and has specialized rainwater harvesting pits to recycle groundwater. Interloop is adding to the green future of Pakistan.

About 3,000 trees and nearly 30 percent of the area is dedicated to green space. The building has an enthralling view with lush greenery all over it that pleases the viewers’ eyes. The Interloop building, as the seventh greenest structure, serves as a model for other industrial structures.
Such buildings can advantage not just our country but also the world because it is environmentally friendly. It can add a charismatic beauty to the infrastructure of Pakistan. Infrastructure is the back born of development and progressions.
