Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) has declared Rawalpindi Medical University (RMU) as the best national university by excelling in National Licensing Examination (NLE). According to Prof. Dr. Mohammad Umar, the Vice-Chancellor of RMU said that RMU was established in 2017 and accredited by PMC and HEC in 2020. And now it has been declared the best center for NLE out of all other universities.
The performance of Dr. Hamza who topped in NLE shows the standardization of training and teaching at RMU. It is a milestone for the institute to become a fast-growing university in a very short span of time. RMU has been ranked top one by Times Higher Education (THE) that is a world-recognized ranking agency.
The Vice-Chancellor also said that “NLE was introduced first time in Pakistan to standardize the medical education.
