When will the disparities come to end

This question addresses all those who introduce themselves as Punjabi, Sindhi, Balochi, Pakhtoons but not as Pakistani. Each of you is responsible to answer it. Because you are the ones who have shaped the disparities. You are the one who has neglected the commonalities among all. And you have associated characteristics with regions. The life you are living has the hard touch of egoism. You are far from acceptance.

I am sure your egoism is not just limited to region but you also be discriminating sectarianly, ethnicity and family-wise. By this, you always prefer the matter of your interest. And never think collectively. Such individuality is the main reason for disparities. And you know you are responsible to deform the beautiful amalgamation of Pakistan. Because you can never generalize one province to all others. Nor it is possible to impose your individuality overall. I am unable to coin a word for you. But I think you will not mind if I call you a discriminant.

I call you discriminant just because of your attitude. As you think of yourself as better than others in terms of region, sect, and ethnicity. At the same time, I do appreciate you for your being attached to your region, having full faith in your sect, and being trustful about your ethnicity. But do tell me who are you to place yourself at the level of superiority. Why you are prideful about your origin? And one thing more please just tell me what are your efforts to be a part of that specific region, sect, and ethnicity. Do not you think it is all from the Almighty who has created us? If you have answers to all these questions then you can respond to me.

However, let me tell you one thing that there is nothing to be proud of more than to be a Pakistani. And another important thing is that you individual has a vital role in the development of this nation. You are the one to stand it on one platform. Now think for a while how can you do it? I know I am nobody to tell you all these but the situations compel me to do it so. I never mean to neglect your region, sect, and ethnicity but remember these are personal affiliations. That is why never prefer them over national interest.

Suggestion

You might get worried about what you have read but there is nothing to worry about. Because everything is in your hand and you can turn the pages back to Pakistan then to Balochi, Sindhi, Pakhtoons, and Punjabis. And I request you to play your critical role and act as a Pakistani, not as Punjabi, Balochi, Sindh, and Paktoons. Firstly prefer humanity over ethnicity, secondly think as a Pakistani thirdly behave like a Muslim, not Sunni and Shia. These three are the basic principles to end disparities.  So why not end disparities and unite the nation.
