Taliban in their Transformed Form

This time Taliban have taken the ground with their different agendas. They have taken control over Kabul and many other cities and are handling things with peace and harmony. This shows their transformed form.

It is not the first time of Taliban rule over Afghanistan. They had ruled over it from 1996 to 2001. And after the incident of 9/11, the Americans had taken the power from the Taliban and had tried to set up their rule. Though Afghanistan is a democratic country but lacks the practicality of democracy. Americans were aimed to wind up the story of the Taliban from Afghanistan and for they took two full decades but turned back defeated. In the past Taliban were also not justifying their homeland but what the Americans had done is indescribable. They had killed many civilians without any reason. The well-equipped and well-trained Americans are failed to fight with the Taliban and returned with open hands.

Moreover, what the Afghan government and armed forces have done is unimaginative. How a country leader can leave his duties and flee to some foreign land? And how can the guards of a nation surrender without any fight? All these incidents are much horrifying than the 9/11 one.

But by the grace of Allah, the Taliban are back in their transformed form. They have presented their policies in front of the media. The major of their transformation can be judged from their positive responses and usage of media. They have openly shared that they are ready for reconciliations, women would have their freedom under Shari laws and there would not be any kind of mishappening inside the country. Taliban are well prepared for an established government setup.

The good thing is till now there is peace inside the country. Many of the people have migrated and some other wants to. But some of them who have migrated now want to go back because of the peace in their country. The refugees who came to Pakistan and now willing to go back to Afghanistan.

One of the Afghan refugee Waliur Rahman told AFP that: “I am returning to Ghazni, now peace has been established and we are happy that we are returning to our home. It’s much better to go back and settle there,”

Another refugee told AFP he is confident that the end of the conflict would bring a brighter future. He also said that: “We migrated here to Pakistan because of the ongoing war in Afghanistan, now peace has been established.”

Taliban are assuring that there would be domestic peace, regional progress, and international harmony. As they have already met with China to have the bilateral relations and developments in collaboration.

This time Pakistan is playing the most constructive role in maintaining Afghanistan as a peaceful state. Pakistan always forwards the notion of Afghan-led and Afghan-owned.

We are hopeful that the Taliban will sustain peace in Afghanistan. Peace in Afghanistan means peace in the Wolrd. because Afghanistan is prestigious in terms of its geostrategic location and is the hub of natural resources.
