Zarbab Ayesha Malik

Faisal Qureshi is a Pakistani television personality, actor, director, writer, drama producer, and humorist. He has directed many dramas, sitcoms, commercials, and music videos. He was born in Hyderabad Sindh. His father was a principal of a Government city college. Faisal attended early education in Lahore and graduated from NCA. He started his career as a play writer with his brother Imran Qureshi. His father was Punjabi while his mother was a Memon. His mother Afshan Qureshi was a famous film actress. Now she appears on a small screen. His father Abid Qureshi was an actor too. Becoming an actor requires a lot of effort. Good looks and charm won’t help if you can’t recite your lines correctly and act convincingly.  So many actors believe that all they need is to meet an agent or casting director to soar their acting career. but that is just the tip of the iceberg.

Most people believe that getting into acting needs to take acting lessons to succeed. However many actors in Hollywood, Lollywood have not taken any classes. Qureshi began his career as a child artist, appeared in plays. He made his debut as an actor in the 1992 film Saza. He started in 19 movies in four years but could not have a good place by then. He first played minor roles in television serials before landing his first lead role as Boota. It made him an overnight star. Once you become a star, there is no looking back.

He played many characters. He played characters in many critically acclaimed dramas. His dramas include “Meri zaat zara e benishan”, “Meri ansuni kahani”, “Masuri”, “Roag”, “Main Abdul Qadir hon”, “Qaid-e-tanhai”, “Kis Din Mera viyah howey ga”, “Rang Laaga” and many more. He worked in “Bashar Momin” which was critically and commercially acclaimed and also for the very first time a Pakistani drama was aired on Indian television. He is the highest-paid actor in Pakistan today. He charges 3 million per episode. Faisal also hosts the morning show “Salam Zindagi” which aired on ARY Zindagi.

One of the most thoughtful questions is, what makes a person want to become an actor. It can be fame, money, imagination, love for acting, or a desire to stand out. Being on stage or in front of a camera is terrifying yet exciting for many people. Once a person experiences this feeling, they most often want more. Usually, these people love to be in a limelight. They love being noticed. love for this art makes a person act. Only a person who loves to act can understand it better. Performers and actors can do anything to make people laugh or to keep them entertained. Love for acting makes them who they are and it keeps them going. Faisal Qureshi makes it seem like it is a character in the actor’s shoes, not an actor in the character’s shoes. They have a high concentration that is not easy to break. Most become the characters even before the play. It is very difficult to become an actor.
