Pakistan was the first
non-communist country that recognized China in 1950 and developed diplomatic
relations with China in 1951. Today Pakistan and China are having 72 years of
relationship which is the longest one. And the agreements and talks between the
two show that their future friendship would remain for centuries. Throughout
the whole period of their relationship, they have exchanged many things and
both have paid visits from time to time.
CPEC is the largest of projects
which are also known to be the game-changer. It has enhanced the relationship
of both the countries and has outstood them as best friends. And it has put a
great impact on the outer world. Moreover, China calls Pakistan its brother.
This sort of friendship can benefit both countries.
Both countries are not just
focusing on their economic growth but are also developing joint military
exercises. Like Pakistan, China has also a strong-armed force and now it is
focusing on air defense to trigger their enemies. The countries conducted Joint
military exercises in Tibet. There are two main goals of this exercise which
are Targeting warships, besides launching a land attack from the sea, and
secondly, honing air defense skills to target enemy aircraft, missiles, or UAVs.
Chinese have added this Air Force line in the backdrop of the People’s
Liberation Army (PLA) and become PLA-Air Force (PLAAF).
Moreover, China has conducted
pre-exercise training for the Pakistan army in Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan. Pakistan
has also used its missiles in the exercise. And it is a threat for Indian
pilots, missiles and drones would face threat at both borders. This joined
military exercise might be enough to warn the enemies and to hold the
friendship stronger between the countries.
